I went out to the site yesterday with JT Marra from Precision Plus Heating and Cooling.
JT went into the basement and applied additional tape around all metal HVAC joints.
We discussed the possibility of adding a booster to the main HVAC stack leading to the upstairs finished bonus room for increased air velocity. JT will get back with us on Monday with updates.

We also discussed movement of the thermostat (currently located in the family room) into the dining room. This can be achieved

I observed a moisture stain on the master bathroom ceiling. Another observation was done in roof space. Further inspection will be needed when we come back out to the home.

We agreed to replace two more kitchen cabinets that were appearently damaged when the hardware was being installed.

It was also noted that the master tub roman faucet was not secure and needs to be addressed.
Observation was made in the kitchen and foyer of the hardwood floor showing evidence of separation

Mountain Crest agreed to compile schedules for Sniders flooring, Precision Plus heating and Cooling as well as Katie construction (plumber) to address these service items.

Mr. Nielsen will call Mr. Mcalister to inform what dates and times would be convenient.

Progress Report (Punch Out)

We were out on site today and were able to complete:

• Final Sanding and Painting of Stress cracks
  
• Repaired O.S.B. "Punch Through" at bottom of Basement Stairs

The majority of the remaining punch items have been completed. There are some that are still in process as noted below.
We look forward to the completion of all items.


Previously completed items

• Vent Pipes sealed
• Adjusted doors
• Adjusted strike plate on hall bathroom door
• Pressure treated lumber installed garage

Remaining items

• Clean out leaves upon good weather as discussed
• Install Trim piece over kitchen cabinet
  
• Replace warping cabinet doors in kitchen (on order 6 weeks)
• Hot water tank control valve (on order 3 weeks remain)
• Ceiling Fan Family Room
• Install joint tape on some Hvac runs and insulate a return pipe in upstairs bonus area.
